For projects that need time – and someone who stays with them.

I build web applications and digital products. Not WordPress sites or local club homepages.

My best projects take weeks, not days – with clients who know what they want but stay open to better ways.

If you're looking for someone who thinks alongside you, not just executes, you're in the right place.

What I do

Web applications and SaaS products that do exactly what they should. From the first idea to day-to-day operation.

Web applications: Complex software that models processes, handles data, and makes work easier. No frills – tools that work.

Ongoing project work: Product ownership and technical leadership. For clients who need a sparring partner, not just a hired hand.

Long-term care: Maintenance, updates, ongoing development. Software needs care — like your old Mercedes diesel.

Design systems: Building blocks for teams who want to keep building. Foundations, components, patterns – clearly documented.

What I don't do.

Clarity makes for better collaboration. So I'll tell you up front what I'm not the right person for.

  • No site builders or theme customisations.

  • No quick web business cards on small budgets.

  • No projects under extreme time pressure with unrealistic expectations.

  • No five-days-a-week on-site work.

How I work

Listen, understand, think with you. Then build.

My best projects last weeks or months. I build relationships, not just software.

I use AI where it's faster than I am – never where thinking is the work. What I ship, I understand. And still will in two years.

I bill transparently. Every project starts with a clear quote. What changes along the way gets discussed, not billed after the fact.

One or two meetings a week has worked well. Enough to stay on top of things, not so much that the actual work gets left behind.

I work from my office. Meetings happen by video – it works just fine. For important workshops or kickoffs, I'm happy to come by.

An example

Flinxio: from first concept to a running product.

I took on the specification in August 2022: 68 pages of wireframes, around 150 detailed workflows, more than 200 different emails and forms. Marketing pages and brand identity stayed with the client. The application – including the admin dashboard – was built by me.

The client came prepared – clear ideas, no rigid requirements. When I suggested improvements, they were heard and often applied. Calm instead of rush – time to do things properly.

Live since 2024. More than 6,500 agencies today, and counting. Flinxio keeps evolving – by the same person who built it.

Why me?

I stay with it. Even when it gets complicated.

My clients appreciate that I think with them and listen. That I don't just tick off tasks – I question and improve.

I ask a lot of questions. Be prepared. If that fits – let's talk.
